For returns, please initiate your request within 3 business days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit. Once your refund is processed, you will have an additional 3 days to arrange for the return. After this period, returns will only be eligible for store credit towards future purchases.
Domestic returns will be subject to a 300.00 ALL return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Opting for store credit will waive this fee. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
Further Guidelines:
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags and liners attached, and in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
• Refunds for orders paid with gift cards will be issued back to the gift card.
• We request that you wear underwear when trying on your purchase for the first time.
• Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear or do not meet the stated criteria.
• Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
• International returns are accepted, with return shipping and any reverse duties being the customer’s responsibility.
